Custom Jewellery and Large Order Policy

Jess Kingston Jewellery does not offer remodelling or custom jewellery services. 

Existing rings listed on the website can be resized up to one full size up or down without extra charge. If the size you are requesting is several sizes larger or smaller, this is considered a custom piece and you will be quoted as such. Please reach out to Jess Kingston Jewellery over social media DM to get this process started.

Orders under $1,000 AUD

Full payment is required upfront and must clear before production begins. This can take up to five business days.

If a cancellation request is made after production has commenced, 50% of the total order value will be retained to cover labour, design time, materials, and casting costs. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

If cancellation is requested before production has commenced, a full refund will be issued.

Orders over $1,000 AUD

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Funds must clear before production begins. This can take up to five business days.

The deposit covers labour, design time, materials, and casting costs.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full and cleared prior to dispatch. Orders will not be shipped until final payment has been received.

Should you decide to pay the full amount upfront and then need to cancel the order, the 50% rule still applies, as above.

Custom-made pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. For all other returns and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
