Refund policy

Each piece originates from a wax model and is carved by hand before being cast in metal. Slight imperfections like divots, minor scratches and asymmetry are to be expected. To view the wax model before it's cast, please reach out to Jess Kingston Jewellery.

Refunds are available for major defects that are not listed, including large scratches and breakages. All jewellery is inspected and photographed before shipping. 

Refunds are not available due to change of mind for listed jewellery.

Custom jewellery (jewellery of an existing design but changed to a customer's requirements) are not refundable.
